Thankful November: Day 17

Day 17:  I'm thankful we're debt free!!  Our 22 year old AC/Heating Unit finally cooled/heated it's last room and we replaced it today with a new, high end, energy efficient, unit.  I know if we were the "average" American, such a large unexpected expense could be pretty stressful, but thank God we're not average and that our emergency fund was ready.
